Shipping Policy
Please note there may be unexpected delays in delivery times due to COVID-19. I will do my best to fulfill your order as soon as possible, usually within 2-4 business days. After your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking code via email.
Standard orders usually arrive in 5-7 business days while international orders may take more than 10 business days.
To avoid delays or returned packages, please double check the shipping address to ensure it is entered correctly. Packages with an incorrect address will be rejected by the courier and returned to sender. I will not be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the returned package. I’ll be happy to reship the order but the customer will have to cover the additional shipping cost.
All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country’s taxes. The customer will be responsible for these additional fees, so please be take note of them before ordering. Kofuku Art Studio is not responsible for additional fees incurred once your item is shipped.

United States: 3-9 Days
International: 10-25 Days
Kofuku Art Studio is NOT responsible for any damaged or missing parcels as it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure your goods are delivered safely.
Any customs fees/duties are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Customs/duties are NOT included in the cost of shipping when placing your order.
Return Policy
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellation requests will be accepted unless the wrong item was sent. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of delivery if you received an incorrect order or if the items are damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Kindly be aware that rash guard fabric may experience pilling when exposed to velcro. To avoid such issues, we recommend washing velcro shorts separately and ensuring all velcro closures are securely fastened before training.
